FLORIDA AIR ACADEMY is a private Florida boarding school with day and boarding options for young men and women grades 6-12 and Postgraduate. FAA is a non-sectarian school.

Here are some of the features of our boarding school.

We are fully accredited by both the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the Florida Council of Independent Schools.

We are Florida's largest college-prep boarding school with over 150 day and 320 boarding students representing over 25 states and 30 countries.

Over forty full-time state-certified instructors, with many holding a Master's Degree or higher, conduct classes at Florida Air Academy.

The student / faculty ratio is approximately 11 to one. Most classes average between 10 to 17 students.

All students participate in the Academy's military program. One year of U.S. Air Force Junior ROTC participation is a requirement for graduation.

As a Florida boarding school, we continue to enjoy the 100% College Acceptance Rate we have had since 1978.

Our summer session offers a full academic curriculum for grades 6-12 and post-graduate. Flight training, English as a Second Language, Drivers' Education, Karate, Scuba, Surfing, Skating, SAT Prep and Computer Instruction are also available.
