WELCOME TO FAA - Florida's Premier Military School
Accreditations
Not all military schools are accredited. However, one should always check with to see if the school is accredited.
The reasons for the importance of accreditation are numerous, the largest being that colleges may not accept credits for
courses from non-accredited military institutions. More than that, accreditation ensures that the students are receiving a
quality education that is reliable and valuable.
Our military school is proud to say that we are accredited by the following:

Florida Air
Academy is proud to be a member of, and accredited
by, both the Florida Council of Independent
Schools (FCIS), and the Southern Association
of Colleges and Schools (SACS), one of very few to be so recognized
in the State of Florida.
In addition, we are a member of the Florida
High School Athletics Association (FHSAA), the Association
of Military Schools and Colleges (AMCSUS), The
International Boy’s School Coalition, and the National Association
of Secondary-School Principals.
Our Air Force Junior ROTC program has been acknowledged by the U.S. Air
Force as an “Honor Unit” for eight of the last nine years,
placing us in the top 20% nationally. |
