At Florida Air Academy, we place a strong emphasis on physical education and athletic competition at both the intramural and interscholastic level. All students are urged to participate in the wide variety of athletic teams and clubs that are offered.

The Falcons have brought home several State Championships in basketball, baseball, and three gold medals in track and field. FAA has also won many District and Regional titles in soccer and tennis. In addition, we have competitive teams in junior varsity football, cross-country, golf, softball, swimming, volleyball and weight lifting. We are classified by the Florida High School Activities Association (FHSAA) as a class "2A" sized school, and compete with both public and private schools in the East Central Florida area.
