The intramural program at Florida Air
Academy is designed to introduce cadets in 6th, 7th
and 8th grades to various sporting activities. The
program
offers cadets the opportunity to gain experience in
a number of sports that will form the basis for a lifetime
of physical activity.
The program incorporates upper class cadets in leadership
roles as coaches and referees. Sports in the program
include ping pong, Frisbee golf, flag football, and
softball, as well as racquet sports and swimming.
The Intramural program stresses fair play in a competitive
environment and allows younger cadets and upper class
cadets to work together while building relationships. |
