The Director of Operations and his staff are responsible for the day-to-day, non-academic welfare of the 260 members of the student body.  This group oversees dormitory life, serves as positive role models, acts as mentors and confidants, enforces the Academy’s “Honor Code,” and generally encourages all students to work to the best of their ability in all areas.
