The accounting staff is standing by to answer your questions relating to charges on your student’s bank account, making a payment, distributing allowances and extra spending money, or just to point you in the right direction when you need assistance.

***SPECIAL ATTENTION FOR PARENTS OF BOARDING STUDENTS***Please be aware that you must keep an available balance in your student’s bank account in order for him or her to receive allowance, extra spending money, attend weekend activities, and/or make purchases out of the campus store and snack bar. If your student’s bank account becomes overdrawn, the account will be placed on a limited expenses list and your student will be restricted from receiving these benefits. Please don’t let this happen to your child! Make sure you have a sufficient balance in their student bank account to ensure a positive experience here at the academy.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Check, Credit Card (All types), and Wire Transfer. For your convenience, we have attached a credit card form and wire transfer instructions.
